1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing and using the Vouch application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App. These terms apply to all merchants who access or use Vouch through the Shopify App Store.

2. Description of Service

Vouch is a Shopify application that automates the collection, management, and display of customer testimonials. Features include automated email requests, AI-powered text improvements, AI reply generation, and a customizable testimonial widget.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Vouch to:

  • Collect or display false, misleading, or fabricated testimonials.
  • Spam customers with excessive or unauthorized emails.
  • Violate any applicable laws or Shopify's terms of service.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell the App.
  • Use the App to harm, harass, or deceive end customers.

4. Subscription and Billing

  • The Free plan is available at no charge with limited features.
  • The Pro plan is billed at $19/month through Shopify's billing system.
  • A 14-day free trial is available for the Pro plan.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Shopify admin.
  • No refunds are issued for partial billing periods except where required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

JVISOFT retains all intellectual property rights to the Vouch application, including its code, design, and AI features. You retain ownership of the testimonial content collected through your store. By using Vouch, you grant us a limited license to process and display this content as part of the service.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. JVISOFT does not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. AI-generated content (text improvements, replies) should be reviewed before publishing.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JVISOFT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

8. Termination

You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify store. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms of Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify merchants of material changes via the App or email.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable international law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration.
